In the three year old program at the kids’ school, they have a Grandparent’s Day.  Heidi’s YaYa and Granny came and enjoyed playing with the toys in the classroom, learning about a day in preschool and were treated to a presentation by the kids.  Of course, they left with parting gifts, a handmade pen holder and piece of art picturing what Heidi likes to do with each of her grandmothers.  We made sure to visit Wyatt on his playground, where we found him sitting with his best girl, Sarah.

 

The Elsey boys are over.

Heidi puts 3 apple slices in her mouth at one time. I reprimand her. Ryan, 9, says, “She did it like a boss.” Nathaniel, 3, says about Heidi, “She’s an upgrade.”

At least they’re clear on her worth. 😉
