Wyatt would not fall asleep at nap time one day last week but Heidi did.  To get him out of the house, Michael decided to take him along to run a few “errands.”  “Errands” being Haddrell’s Tackle Supply.  Off they went…

Wyatt was a cowboy for his school Halloween carnival.  His costume had a gun, his first other than a water gun.  Haddrell’s must be an okay place to let your kid take their toy gun in with them, right?  Once in the store, he immediately started pointing it at Mikey and around the store.  He did not point it at anyone else, thank goodness.  😉

Where am I going with this?  Being new to gun ownership (except for the water gun.)  he said “Squirt, squirt” instead of the classic gun noise, “Bang, bang.” SO ADORABLE!

Will I educate him or let him figure it out?  That’s hard to say.  “Squirt, squirt” is super cute…but so are little boys having pretend cowboy gun fights.
